Contact form: your name, company, email, phone and message — plus which page and button the enquiry came from, so we can follow up correctly.
Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
Usage data: anonymised statistics about how the website is used — only if you consent to analytics.

Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We use reputable data processors: Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta (Pixel) and our own CRM swcrm.no to handle enquiries. For transfers outside the EU/EEA, this is safeguarded with the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
Retention period
How long we keep data
Enquiries are stored as long as necessary for follow-up and the customer relationship, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are stored until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is anonymised and stored for up to 13 months.

You're in full control
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to withdraw consent and object to processing. Contact us at post@seoweb.no, and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You can also complain to Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).
